Delivery Timeframes

Australia-wide (metro & most regional areas): 1–7 business days
Regional WA, QLD & NT: 5–10 business days
International: 4–22 business days (varies by courier)

Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched same day. Orders after 12pm will be dispatched the next business day.

Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, excluding national public holidays.

FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on orders $99.95 and over
$9.95 for orders under $99.95 (under 1kg)
$12.50 for orders under $99.95 (over 1kg)
Express shipping is not available online - please email customercare@gr8x.com.au to arrange.

P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. box addresses via postal services only. Courier services are not available to P.O. box addresses.

Change of Delivery Address

We can update your delivery address at any time before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@gr8x.com.au

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Duties & Taxes

All prices on gr8x.com.au include GST (10%). For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your destination country - these are the responsibility of the customer. If duties are refused, the goods will be returned to gr8x at the customer's expense.

Cancellations

We can accept cancellations at any time before your order has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.
