Shipping and Returns



Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse and take about 1-7 business days Australia-wide (including capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas) and 5-10 business days for Regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory.

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier used.

We are the Australian distributor for Babesafe NZ, all Babesafe orders are dispatched directly from New Zealand and take 7-10 working days to arrive at your requested address.

Orders placed before 12PM AEST  will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping Australia wide for orders from $99.95 as well as all Babesafe orders and $9.95 for orders under $99.95 which are less than 1kg or $12.50 for orders above 1kg within Australia. We do not offer express shipping on our website, should you require this service please email us on customercare@gr8x.com.au and we can assist you further.

Returns

1. Return Due To Change Of Mind

gr8x will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

(gr8x) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. If shipping was FREE an amount of $12.50 will be deducted from your refund.

For change of mind on sale items, please note that we do not accept returns. 

2. Warranty Returns

We want to assure all of our customer that use our products, that we design and manufacture products to meet or exceed exacting standards.

It is important that when you purchase a baby bag, you have the peace of mind knowing that it is designed and manufactured to last more than a few months.

Which is why we stand by the quality of our manufacturing standards by offering a 12 month replacement' limited warranty' on gr8x bags.

We will replace or exchange the product, at our expense, should any defect of manufacture (failure of hardware, components or workmanship) occur within the 12 month period from date of purchase (within Australia).  We will need to evaluate the defect, so please email us at customercare@com.au so as we can advise you of the next steps.  If we cannot adequately evaluate the issue from photos emailed, we may request that the product be returned to us to further evaluate.  The product will need to be returned pre-paid and insured as items getting lost in the mail being returned to us are not our responsibility.

Terms and Conditions:

Please note proof of purchase is required as part of our warranty process.

This 'limited warranty' excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with the product’s care instructions, accidental damage, misuse and normal wear and tear. Damage due to misuse and failure of zip pulls and zip tracks is not therefore covered and is considered wear and tear.

Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or ageing and is a form of depreciation which can occur even when an item is used competently and with care and proper maintenance. 

If the product includes a number of accessories, only the defective product or accessory will be replaced. In the event of a product or accessory being replaced during the warranty period, the warranty on the replacement will expire at the original date ie. 12 months from the original purchase date.

Clearance and discontinued items will not be covered by our warranty.

Please note that accessories are not covered by this warranty, please view product packaging prior to purchase.

The replacement or exchange will be at the discretion of gr8x following the evaluation of the product. Your complete satisfaction is important to us and we want your product choice to exceed your expectations.

3. On-line Web Store

In the unlikely event you receive the incorrect product, please let us know immediately for exchange at our cost. Please ensure the product is returned in the condition in which it was received.

Stock availability

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. 

P.O. Box Shipping

gr8x will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Duties & Taxes

1. Sales Tax (GST @ 10%)

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

2. Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and gr8x encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to gr8x at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
