Returns & Exchanges

We happily accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, in original packaging and in resellable condition.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit. Please note - shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order had free shipping, $12.50 will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items are not eligible for return.

12 Month Warranty

We stand behind the quality of every gr8x product. All gr8x bags are covered by a 12 month limited warranty against defects in hardware, components or workmanship from the date of purchase.

To make a warranty claim, email us at customercare@gr8x.com.au with photos of the defect and proof of purchase.

Please note - the warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or zip pull damage. Accessories and clearance items are not covered.

Incorrect Item Received

In the unlikely event you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at customercare@gr8x.com.au and we will arrange an exchange at our cost.

Stock Availability

We do our best to maintain accurate stock levels on our website. In the rare event of a discrepancy, we will fulfil available items and contact you regarding backordered products - offering either a wait for restock or a full refund.
